I just received the same message about a dining set.  he said he was sending a certified bank check.  unfortunately, I sent my name and address before I researched, but have since sent another text saying I will not be selling to him.  Got suspicious after I received another out of state text about my item.

People dont just buy and ship stuff like that.  They are scams 100% of the time don't fall for it he will send you a bad check have someone pick it up and then you are with nothing.  To good to be true.  It means TO GOOD TO BE TRUE!

Hes trying to buy my truck sight unseen. This is what he texted.
