Man with a heavy tone called James Marshall said I have a civil suit against me in the County of Riverside, when asked for more information could not produce any. Stated it was important to contact him when I had time to give a statement.

Caller named Rachel Moore said I had a suit against me involving several fraud accounts. She said I need to contact immediately to discuss the case and to get briefed on the documents they have. She called 2 days in a row. Once with a different call back number & second time she had some how located the last 4 of my SON.

Man with deep voice (bad attempt to at being intimidating) named James Marshal. (his voice made it hard to understand) Stated that he was calling for an individual because of pending legal matter. Demanded a call back from self or legal council to give statement. Ended the VM by stating that this person had been legally notified. What Ever.... I don't know who they legally notified because I have had this work phone for 6 years and defiantly don't know who this man I looking to contact. Good luck.
