No message left they keep calling us

keep calling over and over - never leaving a message BUT will hang up when I would call them

ignores the do not call list

No message.

Foreign guy claimed he wanted to help me save 25% on my gas and electric bill. When I asked which on he was calling about because they are separate bills with different people's names on them he said he would have me 25% for 12 months. I asked to be taken off the calling list and he hung up. Tried callingredients back 5 times and it just says goodbye and hangs up
