Never saw this number before.....no message left. Telemarketer?

I just received a call from this # talking about card member services & a lower interest on my credit card.  I'm sure it's some type of telemarketer as I only have one credit card (that I have had only 1 month) & that is not their number.  The number left to call back was 888-549-9898.

Caller ID said Erek Cook. Wanted to speak to the person in the company responsible for the electric bill. I hung up, didn't wait to hear what it was about. I know for sure it wasn't from my power company.

Just wanted to add to the reports on this number, as this might be a new one (only one post so far). Caller ID simply says Cleveland, OH. Didn't answer, of course - never answer a call from an unknown source. I have gotten other calls about the electric bill for my company originating from a different number (985-201-7513), where they left a message to call them back (1-888-203-3441 -- see posts about this number) . I don't have a company, so obviously a scam or shady business at best. I didn't call back of course. But finally got fed up with their repeated calls and answered one telling them to stop calling me or there will be consequences. Maybe they switched to a new number and trying again.
I am DO NOT CALL listed.

Got a call from 216-206-0016. I am listed on DO NOT CALL register. They hung up. Do not want any telemarketer calling me.
