Claimed to be a claims representative from Dunbar and Associates claiming to collect on a payday loan we don't and never have had.  Said if I didn't settle the amount owing today the affidavit he had in front of him was being submitted for wage garnishment.  Caler name Phillip

these people are calling friends from years aqgo leaving messages. they also called my ex husband of 25 years ago and talked to him. wheree they got the numbers and info i dont know. when they called me they didnt leave a message!??? but talked to my ex and an old friend of mine????

Rec'd phone call saying I had a payday loan that had defaulted for $1200. Had my grandparents' phone #, address, knew about me.   Phillip George scared me, knowing all this info about me.  I agreed to settle for $250 and gave him my credit card.  Immediately after the phone call, I realized it was a scam and called my bank to freeze my account.  I called the state atty general's office to file a complaint.

SCAM!  HANG UP ON THESE PEOPLE!!!
