I receive a call that was unsolicited

I received a call at 12:30 a.m. Awakened from a sound sleep. Very upsetting!!

I received a phone call also last night at 1:50am. Scarred the crap out of me! I called it this morning but their mailbox was full. I will call them on Monday to complain!
