Has called multiple times last few days, no message ever left.  Since I am also getting multiple calls from goddam "electric company" spammers continuously I suspect this is yet another of those.  We have our PA lawmakers to thank for this misery (any electric company "provider" is now allowed to get your name/# from Peco & offer you their "services" in the name of free market "competition").

Many calls [to my mobile] in last few days.  If these are energy pigs soliciting then Peco is also to blame. Recent billing insert advised updating preferences on marketers by going online/or calling.  Online did not work and calling Peco is like being sent to HELL.  Only solution is threats to the politicians who have allowed this situation to happen. Don't vote for any of them until they return our right to privacy by forcing phone companies to block all "private", "unavailable", etc. calls with message "this party does not accept blocked ID calls. And at no cost to us!
