didnt answer it as i dont take unsolicited calls - im on the Do Not Call register so i figure if i dont know the name/number i let it go to the machine. if its important they'll leave a message and i can call them back. if its not, i ignore it!  on this occasion they left a message and its Harris Market Research so I know it was genuine as I did a survey with them!
