Not defending them, but it's an auto dialer and it will keep calling until the account is caught up. You may want to consider talking to a debt counselor. A not for profit agency and they may be able to set something up. You said you have no job and no chance of employment. There's always something out there even if it's flipping burgers at McD's. Have you considered starting your own business? There are plenty of legit work from home opportunities out there (I contract with a few of them). Try wahm.com they have a forum and listings of companies that they've checked out. Also SOHO.com has listings of various types of employment. I wish you the best my friend I've been there.

Well, you can't get a job at McD's or anything like that if you live in certain places...like most of California...unless you are fluent in Spanish too.  They will not hire English only speakers at most fast food restaurants, or any other low paying job to be honest.  I am also Hispanic but I am not foreign born nor do I speak Spanish.  This is no longer my country.  Jobs are hard to come by--not impossible, but very hard, especially if you are overqualified.  My roommate has been trying to get a job for 8 years now.  All he can get are small gigs here and there. He used to own his own business and did very well but the industry changed, the work is now outsourced for nothing and this economy and government stink!

The problem with Cash Call is that they are doing business for Western Sky a payday lender that is illegal in most states.  Along with loaning money illegally, they charge usury rates and try to lie to scare you into paying.  To the gentleman who said he didn't have a job, I would suggest looking into the legality of Western Sky in your state.  If they are not licensed to lend in your state, then legally you owe them nothing.  Morally you do owe them the original amount borrowed.  You can write cease and desist orders to have them stop and then turn them into the SEC and your state's authority.  These people are scum and they have no qualm about lying or cheating..
