Who is this SCUMBAG? Calls and never leaves a message. And as long as it is marked Unknown Name will never answer.  If you can not identify yourself then you are not only a SCUMBAG but a Gutless Puke SCUMBAG. Some day I hope we can trrack down this SCUM and eliminate them/it.

Calls constantly, listed as "Unavailable". Yet, never leaves a message. What is the point of being listed
on the "Do not call list" if one is still bombarded with unwanted solicitations.
I never answer any call that the ID caller shows as "Unavailable", then so am I.
