This number has call 4 times today. Caller ID says "Local Locksmith".  The one time that a person actually responded when the phone was answered had a very thick accent inquiring about my health insurance. When I said "WHAT are you calling about?" The individual hung up.

First time call was asking if I had health insurance 2nd if I had car insurance. foreign accent. the caller id shows local locksmith yet if you call right back you get the number is not in service!
