They called and left a message on my work voicemail. Caller identified himself as David Blake from Pre-Trial from PA. Indicated they would pursue me until they located me at home or at work.

Someone just called me from this number 215-857-5068. It was a lady that claimed she was from a company that was trying to settle a judgement against me. I told her--lady this is my work number! Do not call here! If you are trying to pursue me so bad--then you would mail it to  my home address and not waste time calling me. I hung up on her and told her to stop calling me and to get a life and call someone whom has time on their hands!

Missed calls no messages ..called back and asked the name of the company and type of business. I was told they are an arbitration firm but can't find them no where on the internet. (Rochester, Clark and Associates)

This is a scam artist posing as a collection agent. My number has been on some type of scam list for years. Its circulates around and today i received a call from a woman claiming to be calling from a company named RCA. As soon as I asked for a number to call her right back at, she was dumbfounded. She then threatened me with Jail time

The atypical scare tactic of a debt telemaggoter is ridiculous. I can just imagine how many vulnerable people fall for it.
