Got a call from this number. Caller ID said Philadelphia, PA. I don't know anyone in Philadelphia but I answered on the third or forth ring. After I said hello, there was no response, just silence. After I say hello one time, I give the caller about three seconds to respond before I hang up.

I have a phone plan with free nation-wide calling, so I just called this number back to see if I could ID the caller. A recording said "The Google voice subscriber you have called is not available. Please leave a message after the tone."

Telemarketers / people who play with their phones suck!

I got a call from this number. I called it back to hear "You have called the corporate offices of the National Car Division." Of course, the reording said the office hours were closed about six hours ago.
