Who owns this number?

Seems to be another new scam number.

Called late this afternoon.  Caller ID listed "Philadelphia, PA."  Left no message.
I suspect this is the scammer who works out of the Levittown area.

Called for 8 seconds and hung up. Total silence. Creepy as hell.

I answered because it was a Philadelphia number.  "Josh from Customer Service.  Can you hear me? " and launched into a non-stop sales pitch.  I think it's a recording but not certain.  I hung up after about 10 seconds.
