I called this number back and a male answered. He said thanks for calling back this is the Fraternal Order of Police.

Just received call here. Only said Philadelphia PA on Caller ID. No message. Must get tons of these random numbers everyday that show up on here to be scams or the same. If I don't know them I don't answer.
