Got a call from this number around mid day UK time asking to participate in a short survey. There was a lot of noise at the other end and sound like he was on the street with vehical traffic. Would not take no after multiple attempts so I hung up. He seems to know my full name which is annoying.

@ 1328 GMT I got a call from this number. A guy saying he was from 'Household Habits'.  He wanted to ask me a few questions that 'would be very quick'.  When I asked who he got my number from he hung up.

I got this today.  There was quite a lot of background noise as if there were a lot of people in the room and the guy said he was calling from household habits and wanted to  do a short survey.  As everyone else has found, as soon as I asked where he got my number he hung up.
