is this a legitimate electric business ?

No, it isn't.  This guy (Arthur Carroll) walks down driveways looking for business.  He puts yellow hangers on some houses that say, in part, "Electrician working in area noticed your main electrical entrance wire is in dangerous condition.  Call now and speak with a live electrician."  No address on it.  The number traces back to an unlisted cell phone.

John might want to check your facts!   Your Home Solutions (Arthur Carroll) is a registered company with their PA number listed on the flyer you speak of,  They are also an accredited member of the BBB with an A rating.  I am very grateful to the folks at Your Home Solutions for placing their flyer at my home, letting me know of a hazardous condition.  And making the necessary repairs at a fair price.
