Missed a call and called the number back.  Spoke to a person who said "How may I direct your call?".  I said that I missed a call and was looking to return their call since I did not know the number.  I asked what the company name was and was told "I'm sorry but this is the switchboard for many different companies.".  I said thanks and hung up.

Called at 9AM, left no msg

I continue to receive calls from this number on a regular basis. Sometimes as many as 50 a day. Please stop.

This company conducts a 'survey', which only real purpose is to collect information which they sell to cold calling spammers.  If you answer the questions about what your company does and what your position is, prepare to be deluged with cold callers selling a plethora of IT wares.
