They called a family member said there was an investigation on me to call her back Mrs. Clark.  Gave her a referrence number.  Called again, left a message with a different number.  I rec'd a phone call on my cell.  An investigation?  Yeah, they'd come to the house or send a letter, not call you...

A Karen Yates called telling a family member that there was a fraud case against him.  Gave this phone number and also gave a case number. This came in on a non published land line.
