Electric company spammer.

I called the number back and they have a recording if you do not wish to receive their calls anymore to push 1 which I did, let's see if this works.

You shouldn't have pressed any number.  This just tells them that your number is a live number and they will now forward your number to their many scammers!  Learned this the hard way.  We now hook out fax machine up to our number and monitor the phone calls.  Any number we definitely don't know, the scammers just get the fax machine tone.  This has cut WAY down on the number of fake numbers as they know they can't get through.

These electric company calls are a PIA. PA should never have allowed these calls to come through. Too many to count. STOP CALLING!!!
