I am on a No Call list in public records and this person has called me twice and has called my neighbors.  I am thinking they got our phone numbers from our neighborhood list.  This same woman spoke to my next door neighbor asking if she knows of anyone in the neighborhood that might be talking about selling their home.  Real Estate agent know they are not suppose to call people on a No Call list.
