They just called me and I did the same thing and said if you are calling me you have my number and address and she was very angry and hung up.

Yes, they are indeed Tate & Kirlin. Today we found out this "debt" was reported to the credit bureau. We again called ADT and they confirmed we have never been late on our bills nor have they ever engaged a collection agency for late payments. We also have never even had an ADT account in my name. It's disgusting that this "business" is able to destroy my credit in this manner. I will be reporting the company to the BBB.

Report them to your state's Attorney General. You will also have to contact the credit bureaus to dispute the fraudulent item on your credit history.

The BBB is a joke. I contacted them regarding an issue I had with Budget Air Supply LLC, located in Davenport Florida. They did nothing as I expected. Businesses pay the BBB for an A+ Rating. Save your time...

Just another number to add to my direct to voice mail contact. Wow they never leave a message and I am approaching a hundred number. This is way better then the do not call list. If you give your number to the do not call list you will get more calls. Our government is a joke and they are destroying our economy and society. The Federal Reserve which is a private bank, not ran by our government will destroy us.
