They call every morning at 815 and wake me up (I work nights).  Then they don't say anything!  Either speak up or stop calling!  

I have been telling the collection agencies for YEARS that they have the wrong number.....but....they keep calling.   If you really want to find this guy...don't call me!!!!!

So according to your comments this is a collection agency calling me every morning at 8am. Even on Christmas. And New Years Eve. Welp...I also keep getting those "harassing phone call class action lawsuit settlement" checks in the mail that come out of nowhere. LOL all the way to the bank!

Usually don't answer calls when I don't know the number but did this one because I was expecting a call from a business that I didn't know what number they would call from.  Got someone from something Associates.  Kept asking for me and saying the call was being recorded.  Never said they were a collections agency, but when I pressed them for the reason for their call they said they were calling on "behalf" of a credit card I haven't had in over 10 years.  Asked me for my mailing address for "security reasons".  I refused to give it.  They replied in a rude voice "is there a reason you won't give me your address?".  I told them if they had legitimate business with me they would have my address.  If they did then they could mail me something.  I then hung up and added the number to my block list.

I just got the same kind of call.  When they asked me to verify my address (for security reasons), I told them that if they had it I would verify it.  She then told me to expect a letter in the mail (claimed it was mailed three days ago).  I'll sit right next to the mailbox....NOT!!
