Same here - no message, just the annoying ring and run....!!!!
So typical of telemarketing robo-calls.

Wish these people would get a REAL JOB and quit bugging others.

I got a call from this number on my cell phone; when I called back on a business phone I got a message that the number is "out of service" ... go figure!

I actually spoke to a person.  They say they are calling PECO customers, supposedly helping them to save money on bills.  When I asked if they are a private company, he said yes.  I told him that I do not want to get more calls from them.  I started to tell him that I am on the "do not call" list, but we were mysteriously disconnected.  I called back the # and a recording said the # is not in service.  
Very frustrating...

Got a robo-call from this number telling me that, if I am an existing PECO customer, I am eligible to save money on my electric bill.  Definitely not PECO calling, though.
