This number comes up as "payphone" on my caller ID.  I know who is calling me and I found out that this is some kind of spoof or Ghost number from a Verizon Payphone.  It says that the phone is in Quakertown, PA.  Can not find the phone anywhere close to where the map I found on the internet pinpoints its location.
