Called with no voicemail

no one said a word when i picked up phone and said hello

This week I was getting calls two times-- everyday from this number.  Non working number someone using and calling from
their computer.   No one on the other end.

Called this evening. Scammer!

I have been getting calls from this number multiple times a day for over a week.  When I answer most of the time there is no one on the other line.  I actually got someone yesterday and told them to remove me from their list.  Then I still got called today.
