I did not answer. The caller ID showed the number 855-314-9868, but she references this phone number. The message was static-filled: "This message is for [garbled]. This is Mrs. Lucas calling in reference to your electric account. Please be sure to return my call at 215-486-6072 and have a copy of your statement available to review your supply charges before your next [garbled]. Your reference number is 077120. Thank you."
