I block them but they use different calling cards so they show up from different numbers.
Who on earth would buy medications from someone calling overseas?
I use free software and a modem that answers before the phone rings and says No Telemarking is allowed to this number, blah, blah and then hangs up.
The problem is that I have to keep adding people daily. The number of telemarketers that don't play by the rules has gone up 10 fold in the last few years.
The government needs to get out of the Do Not Call Registry because they do not investigate or handle any of these scum.
I have read there are some states that actually have strong do not call lists and enforce it but not the state I live in.
There should be mandatory blocking of known spammers by the telephone companies. This would be so easy to do and makes too much sense.
