They did just about the same thing to me! Caller ID says John Morrone and they said Hi then my name and I responded yes and they hung up. I called back multiple times only to get a recording to leave a voicemail but it is always full.

These people are nuts. CID John Morrone. From CBC Settlement who calls daily from 215-542-2130. I don't have an structured settlement and they won't stop calling me asking if I'd like to cash it out. idiots.

Got a call they asked for me by name then hung up. I tried calling back but no response and VM is always full !!!
