These guys tried to tell me my computer had downloaded 7000 files , I am in Afghanistan with out my personal computer. but my skype forward my call to my Afghan Cell.

I have received a call from this same number claiming to be a Microsoft employee. However, I was asked if I had a PC in my house. I left a warning message on facebook, as well as a warning to the callers.

Do not give ANY information to them. There is always a verification process with any business that is official. Do not give them your name. Do not give them anything. Report them.

I'm also receiving calls from this number. I haven't answered and they have not left any messages as to why they are calling like most reputable businesses would.

Guy called 2 x today says he is calling on behalf of Microsoft. James Ragio is the name that came up with the 215-462-3521 number.... Scammer... I deal with Dell and have maintenance contracts with them for all my computer. Dell does a 3 month call in or I call them when I have a problem.

James Raggio is the name. Typo correction
