Junk call from "Windows Service Center" to fix a "problem" with my PC.

It's a call from some guy, claiming to work for windows, saying there's a virus on your computer blah blah blah. He was really rude once I told him to stop calling me because I know there's not a problem with my computer

This number has called me three plus times a day for the last month.  I finally answered and it was a male with a heavy Indian accent.  I had to keep asking him to repeat himself because he was very hard to understand.  He claimed to be an employee of microsoft and that some one had hacked my computer daily at a certain time.  I was on the computer at that time.  I informed them not to call me again.  This happened a year ago and talked to microsoft.  They informed me that they do not call but receive calls and do customer contact/outreach VIA email.

A man with a near eastern accent informed me that he was with Microsoft and that the call was about my computer. I told him to find somebody who didn't know what he was up to, that I would report him (I have), and not to call again.

I have gotten 5 calls from this number today! Nobody says anything.
