Foreigner calls about my computer sending errors and he wished to help me fix it.  These people have called me 3 times about the same issue.  Just hang up.

Foreign speaking male said he was calling from windows and my computer was sending error messages. I had to aggravate him a little. Asked which one as I have three computers. His answer was the windows computer. Again I asked him which one. He spouted out several numbers. I then told him Windows does not call and hung up.

Called at 6pm, said he was "Steve from Microsoft." I told him that I was Steve from Microsoft and his computer was sending errors. I told him I could fix the errors, but I would first need to access his system.  He hung up

Got a call from this number at 3:30AM! Didn't even bother to get up and answer the call. But since most of my family don't live in the US, I had to check with them if any of them tried to call me. Good thing, the answers were negative.
