called and said his name was Matt from United.  He know my name and said something weird like "you sound different, did you get a new haircut?"  Mentioned the Home Depot card, T8's, etc.  Wanted my home address (denied).

I received a phone call from this exact same number. I spoke to a man named "matt". He claims that this company is United Industrial Janitorial Supplies. He claims to be a wholesaler of Janitorial Supplies. The call was regarding light bulbs and a free prepaid debit card.
