It's only 2:10 P.M. and I've just received a second call today. They call numerous times daily and have been for, at least, three weeks. IF I received a letter, and that's a big if, it went in trash. I don't trust them at all, even if other things may add up to a legitimate call. Just call it my suspicious nature. They need to learn when they aren't wanted!

Passport services called me and had a survey.  Was it authentic or bogus?  Did get a letter stating that they were interested in passport services.

I've gotten 6 calls from STR 215-383-0813 over the last 12 days. This after we got a letter from the "US Department of State", obviously fake, signed "Office of Passport Services". They concoct to supposedly conduct interviews with Americans 18 and older, etc. and a lot of additional garbage to entice you into believing it's authentic.
I checked the state.gov and the fbi sites but found nothing specific to this scam. However, here is a website with much info on many frauds circulating ...  https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/scam-alerts

Hello, it is a legitimate survey farmed out to a telemarketer company.  If you give them the passcode on your letter they will remove you from the call list.  Thank GOD.
