Just received that call and they asked for my name and it was a recorded message prompted to answer questions from key words. It was asking about a donation to the police for as well. I said sure. Got sent to billing department asked for my credit card, said no that I'd rather have something sent to me. They confirmed my address as my mother's and I corrected them. So we'll see.  From the comments, it sounds like an out sourced number for donation calls.

Called asking for Pamela.  After I replied that his is the wrong number started pitching for some donation.
Obviously a robocall.

I answered the call from caller Id Philadelphia PA. The guy on the phone asked to speak to the lady or gentleman of the household. When I asked the guy, who he is trying to reach - what's their name, he hung up.

Called me Sunday afternoon, added to the auto reject list on my cell phone.
