It is most likely Survey Sampling International and not the Social Security Administration (SSA). They have called my mother who is a senior, but I don't recall if I blocked the number.

Called my place twice. Once this afternoon at 4:13 and again a few minutes ago at 8:19 PM but form a different #215-513-4254 and it said Richard Wang on the Caller ID
