Thank goodness for caller ID. I don't pick up if I don't recognize the number. Plus, the way the number appears on my phone...no name, no company, no pick up call.

I called the number back and they acted like they called me and asked for someone I've never heard of. When I asked the name of the company, I was told Convergys Outsource Incorporated. She told me that she'd remove my number from the list before I even told her to.
