I called this number in response to a UMWA special offer letter (United Mine Workers of America Union) which stated they were offering "special" home loans through JP Morgan and Chase Bank. The "loan specialist" said his name was "Doug Sollitt" or something like that and got angry when I asked specific programs that this special offer letter stated. He said I was "talking over him", rude and said it was recorded. I told him I hope so because he was the one irrate because I asked these questions. Then he said we were not qualified and sent me to his "supervisor's" extension which of course had an "old" voice mail message on it. We need to be protected from these so called special offer letters and inexperienced representatives. He said he never heard of a bank that had a loan on 2 houses. That bank was CitiFinance and it truly did happen to my family. He obviously was calling me a liar. I will have to tell CitiFinance that one!
Don't deal with JP Morgan/Chase bank. All that I am hearing is that other people, especially the elderly, have had these same type of calls from them
