You can call 800-220-0605 and leave a complaint, but I am pretty sure this is a scam and so is the complaint line.

when I get these types of calls..id on the tv, I get my cell phone ,set to rat laughter,or any other funny sound on the cell phone and play it as soon as I answer the house phone. hope I piss them off ;o)
