I got this call too. Didn't call em back. Didn't sound legit to me. It was an Arabic woman, then a man, and I don't want to be against people of that type at all when I say I'd have been more convinced had it been a person who could speak english, but all scam calls I've ever dealt with were an Arabic accented person.
The call also didn't sound like the kinds I'm used to getting from legit government offices.
