Highmark regarding enrollment for 2016. Called back. Pure robotics and waste of time. Ask to call back the same number to discuss. Same option, no operator.

Left a message identifying themselves as Horizon Home Care. Said I had ordered something from them. Gave an 800 call back number. Another one for the blocked list.
