Can not tell you who is currently spoofing (faking) that number. As they do not leave a message, & you do not know the number, you can either (a) Block it, or (b) Don't answer it. The important thing here is to NEVER call back numbers you do not know. Check them out first, which you did. By verifying a phone number is real before you call, not answering unknown numbers, & not calling them back, you have cut off 100% of the scammers income. They can't scam you if they can't talk to you, right?

I have been getting calls for last few weeks but they never leave a message.
I suspect it is a dat mining call to confirm that this number exists.
