Really?? ....all caps eh,? Its not a scam or telemarketing call, its a service reminder  to women they should get  an annual test done .  If you dont want them calling, simply request to be taken off their list. It does work!

As for  not being able to use your phone, did you try hanging it up?? Or if you meant them leaving a message in your voice mail, did you try deleting it?? Cant see how you were prevented from using your phone....maybe you need some medical help .... perhaps you should take the advice!!
