I did in the past two days. They do not leave a message and when I tried to call back you get a recording "your call cannot be completed as dialed. Pleas check the number and dial again".

I answered on second ring, said hello 3 times and they hung up on me, another ROBO-Dialer it seems they only talk to the first person that answers the phone... added their number to my call blocker device...
