This # calls me all the time. It is a local Pa #. They never leave a message. I have a pre-paid contract phone...they are wasting my minutes. Today i answered and there was no one on the line. After a minute or 2 someone came on the line and asked for me by name. I think i answered them a month or so ago and it was a bill collector from citizens bank.

This number calls me 3 to 4 times a day for the last month or so. They are bill collection agency. I'm not sure who exactly they're trying to collect a debt for because when I pick up at asked me to please continue to hold and I'm not doing that because THEY called ME; they should already be on the line.
