I keep getting this call and they asked us where we lived my sister had answered it, she then got 3 questions 1. What's your name, she replied 2. How old are you? She replied again. Then question three 3. Where do you live? She didn't reply I hung up the phone and my family is now scared.

Caller said he was a Microsoft technician. Caller ID identified it as "school district." VERY clearly phishing.

Just received a call saying my computer was not accepting window updates.  I could hardly understand the 'technician'. I told them to not call and remove my name.

Caller said he was a microsoft technican who wanted to help me update my computer...said it would not accept updates from microsoft windows..I refused...gave me the name Steven Foster so call back @ 1/888-217-1123.....but this was the number that came up on caller ID (215-220-2321)

this is a scam, same phone number as above, the guy identify himself as a microsoft technician and would like to help you update  my computer. I told him get to get lost. I traced  the number and its is a Walmart promotion line.
I hope these guys are going to jail.
