Thought I was the only one receiving these calls. Someone keeps calling me, mystery caller doesn't say anything, just breaths on the phone. Strange!

Spoke with someone who was asking to speak with the person that handles the PECO account. I said the person is not here. His response was when is the best time to call. I respond asking who is calling. He then gave me attitude and again asked can I speak with the person who handles the PECO account. I told him I don't like your attitude. I heard him say excuse me before I hung up..decided to call the # back and it said cant complete call. It must be a scam.

He gave me attitude today as well. I asked to speak with his supervisor. He claimed he is the supervisor and is an independent contractor. He continued trying to sell me his electric service. I told him he must be out of his mind.

They call breath and say nothing. Very alarming. If anyone can get any info on these ppl please post it.
