who is this person

Last night shortly after midnight, I got a call from (609) 402-8813 placed to (215) 200-9026, which was forwarded to my cell phone. They left a voice mail containing the song "who are you". Then I got a second call from the (609) number directly to my cell phone. No message.

MY NEW CELL PHONE IS BEING CHARGED FOR VOICE MINUTES TO 2152009026 AND 2152009028 EVEN THOUGH I HAVE MADE NO CALLS TO THESE NUMBERS.

ANYONE KNOW HOW TO STOP ??????

Someone is using my phone to check my voicemails and my calls won't come through I don't know what is going on but someone is tapping my phone

Did you ever figure this out! My phone is diverting to this number also. But i still get all my texts and calls! Just says divert call set when i make calls! I found out you can check the number being converted to by pressing *#21# send/call. Well when I first tried it that 215-200-9026 appeared and said my calls where being diverted there. Then i had enough and called the company net 10 they had no clue! Then said to try what i also found on the internet that said turns  off the diverting ! Which is#21# . Well needless to say when we hung up it stopped diverting misterously . So tried the cancel divert anyway #21#. Well it stoped till the next day and i noticed when it started this time my phone shut off un willingly!  Then the diverting started again!  What was to come from your situation? This is freaking me out and i need help!
