I was scammed by this peson, I know stupid me, but has anyone contacted the police?  I had to file police reports and online reports with federal and internet crimes but just wondering if anyone had anymore information they could possibly give me to help with the investigation

Scammer.  Phsst.

Scam. This person contacted me on Craigslist interested in an item I'm selling. He then proceeded to try and send me a false check for a sum way more (~$1500 more) than the item. Claiming he was in the military and the extra money was insurance fees that I would cash a check for after it was deposited. His check would likely bounce....after 45 days. Be careful.

Yep. This number is a Craigslist scammer.
(214) 997-7013. When they contacted me they went by the name Eden.

I really wish craigslist would do a better job vetting their users. This is the 3rd scam attempt since I posted my item.

Another Craig's List scammer.  Eden wanted me to text him (?) my lowest price as he(?) doesn't check his email regularly.  Get a life....
