Just got called from this number.  It is the Philip Kingston for Dallas City Council Campaign telemarketers.  I asked it was volunteers calling and they said no, it was a call center.

They call me although i am on the do not call list...no one answers just dead air. When you hit redial you get a message thank you for calling " the campaign. "
